The Counsel Fee Plan is ideal for business owners and individuals that have recurring, routine business matters with legal implications.

Description - The Counsel Fee Plan is a flat-fee you pay on a monthly basis to provide a set amount of hours at reduced hourly rates to cover telephone and email communications between you and your attorney. The Counsel Fee Plan does not include drafting or advocacy with third parties. The Counsel Fee Plan does include the ability to contact an attorney for 2 hours each month to ask questions and obtain legal advice and our promise that you will receive a responsive phone call or email within 24 hours.

Benefits - Known legal fees; have an attorney to contact for advice on routine matters; feel more secure in decisions that have legal implications on your life or business; create a relationship with an attorney in the event further action needs to be taken on your behalf (litigation, contract drafting or negotiations, interacting with third parties).

Pricing - $250/month with a three-month commitment. The retainer will automatically be renewed unless client chooses to stop membership.
